Refund policy

At Succulents.pk, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality bare rooted succulents. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy for our customers.

• If your plants are damaged upon delivery, please take a photograph of the damaged plants and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will either provide a refund or replace the damaged plants at no additional cost to you.
• If you are not satisfied with the condition of the plants upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a resolution that is satisfactory to you.
• If you have received the wrong plants, please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct plants at no additional cost to you.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your request.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost of the return, or refund the initial shipping cost.

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our refund policy.

Please note that we do not accept any return or refund for the plants after 3 days of delivery and we also do not take any responsibility for the damage caused by the customer's negligence, mishandling or wrong planting conditions.
