All plants are shipped in a bare-rooted state, without soil. (Reasons below)

• Succulent plants are small and light, making them easy to ship without soil.
• Bare-rooted succulents are less likely to be damaged during shipping because there is no soil or pot to break or shift.
• Shipped succulent plants that are bare-rooted have less chance of transmitting soil-borne diseases or pests.
• Bare-rooted succulent plants take up less space and are easier to pack, reducing shipping costs.
• Succulent plants can store water in their leaves and can survive for several days without water during shipping. 
• The plants are carefully wrapped in tissue papers and securely packaged to ensure their safe arrival at your location.

• Plant them in well drained soil, which should not hold water. Do not water immediately after planting.
• Succulents are not Indoors. They need 'bright natural' light. Place them in bright area with diffused sun.
• Water only when soil is 'totally dry'. Do not over water. Reduce watering in humid and extremely cold weather.
• Protect from direct sun, rain and frost. They thrive best on 'some neglect'.
